I called Lincare to see if my doctor’s office had faxed the prescription for my new CPAP machine. I was fortunate enough to get Michelle on the phone and she was familiar with Ocean Pulmonary Associates and called them to expedite the process. Michelle called me back and set up an appointment and even called me back so she could leave a very detailed message on my voicemail with directions to Lincare in Farmingdale. Michelle went above and beyond to help me and always so professional and very pleasant to talk with.

This place should be condemned! It is dirty, old and run down. There is a mouse/bug trap right in plain sight in the kitchen that you have to walk through to get to the room where you are to be seen by the respiratory therapist. Lincare (whoever runs this place) should be ashamed of themselves.

I wanted a second mask to try after the first and they went above and beyond to get me what I requested at a last minute before closing time. Very thankful for all that they did Shannon my first trip was awesome and Michelle assisted me greatly with receiving my second mask. Now I'm reading better than ever and having the greatest sleep of my life

I am not satisfied. I haven’t received a new cpac head strap but one time last year. And my Heath insurance and I tried to call your billing department and was on hold for thirty minutes and never resolved a billing issue.
We wanted to inform them than my out of pocket cost was paid up. They billed me $50.00 I paid $30.00 and my insurance should pay the $20.00. I don’t have pay copayments now.

I had to call lincare to speak about an issue regarding my husband’s cpap machine. I spoke with Christine who was so very professional and so very compassionate. She went out of her way to remedy our situation. She took the time to explain all of the possible options. A very pleasant experience.
