Very nice people that work there but very frustrating to use their online banking. Getting help or speaking to someone is a wait. Their online seems to be down a lot. everything seems like a longer process. But again, friendly customer service and their fees aren't bad.

terrible customer service. They are friendly, but slow. Lobby still not open? Long lines at drive through? They don't seem to care about their customers.

I enjoyed using the Barclay Square branch. Fast, efficient and personable. When they moved across the street they were ok, more like a bank with tellers at a counter and not in small cubicles. The drive up window is not manned and wait time is long until they realize a customer is there waiting. I can understand waiting. But today, Saturday, 8/10, I entered the building, acknowledged by a teller and asked if I can have a paper notarized. She asked for my first name, and have a seat. There were two employees in the office furthest from the doors. One on the computer, the other leaning over and pointing to the screen. After 13 minutes and never being acknowledged by staff I approached the tellers and told them to remove my name and that I was leaving. The time waiting with no other customers in the offices was unacceptable. It is very apparent that they do not need a banking relationship with me. When I was entering my car the one other customer at the teller walked out and gave me a smirking look. Obviously, I was the topic of conversation. I will be opening a new account at a different financial institution.

I am a federal credit union member at the freehold location on rt.9 . I use credit unions for the obvious reasons, to stay away from big bank fees, and better loan rates. I refinanced one car loan from 5.56% to 3.52% ,and I will soon finance the current vehicle I have when lease is over. With that said I want to thank the freehold branch for thier help with personally helping me reset my password on thier computer after I made a car payment from my account in the lobby of the new location. Thanks again for the extra effort and time getting me and my account up and running after I locked myself out of my account.
