John always goes over the recommended service then lets me know what needs to be done and what can wait if necessary. A few times I’ve shown up with emergencies- flat tire and overheating engine- and they have been quick to diagnose and fix the issue or recommend exactly what I need to do. I do not feel taken advantage of at all when I go there, I know my vehicle is being well cared for and the recommended services are the correct ones for optimal maintenance of my car.
