Had my Jeep looked at this morning. Out of all the places I've had my cars worked on .I found O'Shea's to be honest and forthcoming. I can't say it enough. I highly recommend O'Shea for all you'r automotive needs!!!

Thanks to everyone at O'Shea's auto repair, the truck I hydro-locked on a flooded street is running very smoothly! After asking Tim to beat an estimate for a new engine from AAA, he quickly put together a quote. Once vehicle was towed there he confirmed the diagnosis and ordered a replacement engine. Unfortunately after installing the engine it was determined to be faulty. At this stage Tim and staff could easily have closed out the job as a used engine is a huge risk. However after speaking to Tim about proceeding he offered to order a second engine and honor original quote. I was only sold on the plan when Tim assured me the truck was worth saving. Once second engine was installed I drove it for 1200 miles and they inspected it without charging me. They even applied a UV dye to confirm no leaks are present with new engine installed. I could not be happier with the customer service and treatment of a first time customer. Would absolutely recommend if you are deciding on saving a vehicle! Thank you Sue, Andrew, and Tim!

After an initial oversight on their repairs and some inconvenience on my side. O'Shea did the right thing by just charging me for the missing part. I believe any other shops I have dealt with would have screwed me. I strongly recommend using them and they can count on me coming back for service.

I called this morning about my brake lights not turning off. They were super helpful and had me come right in. I came in with the part, and they took my car back right away, and within only an hour of calling I was in and out with the problem solved. Super honest place that I’ll be consistently going back to. Best repair shop in the area! Got my car in quickly. They took my car in even thou there were very busy. The turnaround time was very quick. They exceeded my expectations of the timely repair. But the best part is they not only fixed my issue but found something else that was wrong. That issue was putting my family in a lot of danger. There's a reason you go to a shop you can trust. Thanks for everything O'shea!!!!

This is my go to Repair shop. They have my undying loyalty for their honesty and fair pricing. As a non car savvy person taking your car to a repair shop can be intimidating unfortunately, there have been times where my inexperience was taken advantage of. Not so at OShea's. I've gone in with something I thought was major and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was minor. This is a repair shop you can TRUST.
