I brought my dog in today for a grooming. I don’t know the name of the person who groomed him but she did a wonderful job. I have gone to other groomers in the area but this was by far the best! Reasonable priced as well. Thank you ?

Pet wash comes in so handy! Love that they just let you do your thing in there. They don’t hover or try and “help”. Good store

Love this place but one thing about it drives me crazy. Please fix your hours online to reflect when your store is actually open. Went to buy dog food last night and the store closed at 8 o’clock but online it says 9.

Their food inventory never matches what their website says they have. I can understand once or twice but it’s a repeated issue, particularly if you have a pet that can’t eat certain proteins and you purchase ahead only to drive down and find out they’ve substituted for what you tried to order.

I have been getting my dog's nails filed at the grooming salon for many years; I am always able to get an appointment, never have to wait, and the staff is excellent

Very friendly staff. The cats we looked at were healthy, happy, and cared for. The volunteers that were looking after them were knowledgeable, attentive, and very responsible.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The lady in the back stopped what she was doing to ask me is I was finding everything ok. Who does that anymore? The Chatham, Illinois Pet Supplies Plus does!
