TD Bank is known for its great staff who provide excellent customer service. Many customers have praised the staff for their helpfulness and cheerfulness, with specific mentions of an employee who went above and beyond to assist. However, there are frequent issues with the ATMs, as they often malfunction, causing inconvenience for those needing to deposit or withdraw cash. Despite these ATM problems, long-time customers appreciate the overall service and find the staff consistently nice and supportive.
This site has gone downhill in the last month. This is my 3rd time here in a month, waits are now excessive for both tellers and the specialists. They need to change something as I've been coming here for years and it is significantly worse.

Monica, when you call the police to trespass a member of the public from public property, you create a public record. now the world sees your name, address, and the conspiracy you and officers created to trespass someone who was never on bank property. its not a good look and shows your ignorance.

The staff is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! Michelle helped me so much with my daughters account, I can't express her awesomeness!! She was always so cheerful and eager to help me. She did an amazing job helping with EVERYTHING I needed! Thanks Michelle and TD!!!
