Top Line was great to work with. Especially Kristie in Customer Service. We had a hiccup and she calmly and politely explained what we needed to do to get things resolved. She spent a considerable amount of time with both my husband and myself and we really appreciate her help! She is exceptionally good a her job.

The absolute best - I can't recommend them enough. I worked with Todd who from the start was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for. When our fridge was delivered and I realized I had made a mistake with my measuring (ahhh), he responded in minutes, calmed my panic and regret, and worked quickly on a solution to rectify my error. His entire team both in store and delivery were a pleasure to work with and made me so grateful I went with Top Line over a big box store. You cannot beat their service and I am so in love with my new fridge!

had a service rep look at a low temp on my decor oven. he ordered parts that ended up being the wrong parts. come to find out didnt need the $800 in parts and labor but just a recalibration. took over a month to sort this out. took several phone calls to get a refund of the work/parts that had to be prepaid. top line didnt give me a complete refund but after a couple more phone calls got a refund...and they still shorted me $10. why? if you want a big repair bill, call top line!

Lately I feel like customer service isn’t what it used to be. However, Gerald from TopLine, proved me wrong! He came out to service our Meile dishwasher and did amazing job.
