False advertisements signs on loreal section, say buy 1 get 1, 40 per cent off. But when you take the product to check out its not for that company. So why put the signs on there ??? 🤔

Emily did an amazing job on my brows! She took her time mapping them out perfectly and made sure the shape complemented my face. I also really appreciated that she gave me an under-eye mask during the appointment and it made the whole experience super relaxing and calming. When Emily did my brows, I didn’t feel any pain at all, and they came out looking clean and natural. Definitely recommend her if you want someone gentle, professional, and precise!

Yesterday, I had the most horrible experience and worst customer service in the Ulta Store in Wall Township. I was attempting to purchase Cashmere Mist Perfume, as I had done many times previously. The Perfume area was in total disarray and no sales associates were in the area. I enlisted who I thought was an Ulta employee, but who turned out to be an outside vendor for assistance. The outside vendor indicated the perfume sales associate was just there and offered to locate her. The next thing I knew the “perfume sales associate”, identified by the outside vendor, flew past me and I began to ask her about the Cashmere Mist Perfume. The perfume sales associate never slowed down to assist me, instead yelling loudly as she flew past me, “we don’t carry Cashmere Mist Perfume anymore in the store, because it wasn’t selling….we just have the deodorant.” She never stopped to address me personally, answer any questions I may have wanted to follow up with, nor did she offer any help or assistance in any way on whether the perfume was still available to purchase online from Ulta. She just flew past me….if I had been in her path, she would have knocked me over! Rude and nasty doesn’t even describe how I was treated by her. I was very tempted to drop the other Ulta purchases I had in my bag and leave the store.
I had better customer service from an outside Vendor than I had from your “Ulta Perfume Sales Associate.” Because of her rudeness, nastiness and total lack of customer service, I will never again set foot in an Ulta store again and will be making all future purchases at Sephora. You have lost a long time client.

Do not go to the salon here for a blowout. Seriously me and my friend both looked like tom petty. Flat and pin straight so ugly. The one stylist told my friend she couldn’t flip her hair at the end bc it was too long 😭😭 like you are a hair stylist? My girl didn’t even section my hair it was horrible

This is my favorite Ulta! Everyone so helpful and knowledgeable. Last time I was there, Jamie helped me with curly hair products. She even showed how to use products and gave some free samples too.
