Walked into shop and over to printer to see if there’s a self-serve option (like FedEx), after all the printer is at the front of the store. Immediately the kid at the desk arrogantly questioned us as if we’re stealing their services, and using their machines without permission. He could have simply let us know we need to come to the desk first, instead he ensured we’d never be back. Highly recommend: FedEx Print & Ship Center.

Everytime I go to bring in a package they are nasty, arrogant and always has something to say about what is wrong with the package I'm sending back. One time packaging was incorrect today I wasn't sure if they needed to scan the items so I didn't tape it up. I had tape with me but he passed a nasty remark as he was walking away because he is a coward and was unable to say it to my face. I will drive to Brielle UPS before I go back there. On Monday I will be contacting corporate. I'm not sure if these are privately own I'm still filing a complaint!

Yeah, this place is pretty good. Sent out a few packages with them now and haven't had any issues. I have gone around 4pm or later so I can't talk to the other reviewers but staff is helpful when I've gone

8:33 on satruday and this place is like a night before Christmas. Not even a mouse, you could tell by the gates and the lack of lights that there’s nobody even here yet at the building. I’m gonna go to the post office

I had a terrible experience there just this morning 11/8/2024. I walked in with my phone and an obviously sleepy and grumpy associate came out from the back. I handed him my phone and he said oh this is the kind that you have to print the label out and package it yourself. And I know that I was there previously and and i emailed the label to them and they handled it for me. I said oh you don't do that anymore....where can I go I don't have a printer. And he just exhaled and looked at me like I was the most annoying thing in the world. So I gathered up my stuff and headed towards the door when he finally said well I can help you if you want? and repeated I'll help you as I was walking through the door. I went o my regular UPS guy the Neptune and I will never go back to that UPS again!!!!

It would be extremely helpful if there was an automatic door!
Not only for able bodied people with large and heavy packages but for those that are mobility challenged. Staff see you struggling at the door but make no effort to assist you.

Location is consistently a disaster. 5+ people on line every time you walk in, staff appears untrained, and are slow. Plan on 20+ minutes to drop off a package if you opt to go to this location.

I don’t know if they hired new people, but I just had a great experience at this location. I came to return a gift, but did not realize until I arrived that I was supposed to package it myself. I asked if there was something I could buy to package it, but instead the employee found a spare box for me to use. It was a small gesture, but it really made an impression.
