rude bank teller. she was questioning my mother and i for closing an account, and other comments that were not necessary. she was talking to the lady next to her while my mother was speaking..twice. very passive aggressive. i expect better customer service from a bank.

It looks lovely & large, but why when Kearny Bank financed the building of this project, didnt you consider your clients & put handicap spots & sidewalk cutaways by bank instead of just the other end. I almost got hurt trying to use the atm. A drivethru atm would have been nice too.
