The owner walked me through my repair options and when I returned to pick it up he showed me a bunch of internal issues from the last place that repaired my phone, it was shocking! I really appreciated the honesty and the recognition of low quality work. Bottom line, I got a VERY fair price and respectable work. Must go here for phone screen repairs.”

He told us how long it would take to order and receive the parts, and he contacted us as soon as the parts arrived. He then fixed the laptop screen the very next day. “I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

“I came to New Jersey on a short visit and my son broke his ipad screen and then, i thought to fix it before going back. I got to the store and i was well- received. He told me the ipad would not be ready until a week after, which was the day i was to travel back. I pleaded that he tried all could to help fix it earlier, he said he would try.Along the line, i checked back after 3days and it was not ready, he saw my boys and gifted them a wireless speaker each, then 2 days later, he called me to come pick up the ipad that he had fixed it.
