stay away from this company they will take all the money they can from you, before you do business with them first try to contact them, I called many times and they never picked up the phone, I bought items that were worth approximately 950 USD and originally they charged me 170 dollars and the products did not arrive to their destination and in order for the products to be returned to me I had to pay 260 USD more and then another 160 USD they made me pay 60% of the value of the products sent.

I started using their services in 2012. They were a good provider by then. Today they make mistakes when invoicing the deliveries they make and are not accountable for them. Poor response in replying.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are terrible. They use incompetent couriers, then take no responsibility! I paid for 2-5 days shipping and we on day 11 and still no guarantee when I will get my package! DO NOT USE THEM

I'm not a box holder, but I accidentally had an important and expensive mislabeled package delivered to their Delaware warehouse. The error was totally my own. Once I figured out what happened, I contacted the corporate office by online chat and email on a Friday night. I received a quick response the next morning. They located the package and shipped it back to me within a few days. They had no obligation to help me and could have just said they did not have it. However, they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to a non-box holder. If they go this far for me, I would bet they do the same or greater for their customers. I'm extremely grateful for great customer service at NYBox. Thank you to all who helped return my missing package!

I can say that the company has almost become bad in terms of speed // The shipment takes at least 3 days to be registered in your box!!This is not the case when it comes to ask for it to be charged, it will sit for an additional 3 days to charge it :(

Ridiculous fees for hazmat (batteries, perfume etc) crazy storage fees if you overrun 30 days in wharehouse .. it used to be a very good company, but greed took over

I will never use their services again. You have lost a customer. Very slow service I re packed my package to get cheaper rate on my shipping and it took 5 days then when I reached to them they said we can’t repack your package ( 5 days to tell me that ). Don’t use this company it’s just away to take your time and money. The best way is to deal with the shipping companies directly.

Customer service is trash, everything is generally okay until you have an issue, second time in 9 months a really expensive package has not shown on the system yet it shows delivered via the tracking.Im not sure how often other things go "missing" but it seems too often to me. Sitting weeks and weeks without replies hoping for a refund or credit just to have to fight for anything.I really want to like the service, but with 0 Customer support i just can't. The headache to go through if something bad happens just outweighs the good in using this service.If they get better customer support maybe id be able to recommend them, but right now its actually disgusting.

I've been using NYBox's forwarding service for a number of purchases and I am a satisfied customer. The comms are good. The process is very easy and comprehensible and the fact that they have a warehouse in the state of Delaware, which doesn't impose any sale tax, is a nice advantage that saves you a few dollars. I strongly recommend their service, since their shipping options are versatile as well.

Worst company ever. Completely unprofessional. On my first time shipment, i was double charged, value wasn’t added to my shipment even tho i added it, tracking wasn’t provided when package shipped, and the worst customer service representative. Lies and stalling. No response Phone number. They don’t even deserve a star rating.

My first experience with NYbox has been extremely positive. Was a car part available much cheaper in the US, bought via ebay. I used the Delaware sales tax free address. Upon arrival to NYbox, the next day i received a message in my account, with a photo of the item. The site was very easy to use, and to have the item shipped to Australia. The shipping cost was spot on the prior estimate, and included all charges as a single fee (i expected i would need to pay some additional import duties / GST). Arrived within 5 days. Highly recommended.

They're good. I was skeptical at first but I had no hassles when I had to get my stuff shipped to me when another prominent name in the business messed me around and wasted my time and money. So I have been using them since.
