That manager.. the big one with glasses is absolutely NASTY. Not only to a constantly returning customer but to the workersđ..When I tell you almost every single time I go there.. I wish I was lying
I donât know how they do it .. theres no way corporate doesnât know about this.. clearly they donât care..SMH. Not surprised.
Sad because this is the only pet store that carries my dogs food. I rather get it online and wait then come and see how that lady treats people.

I like this place a lot. Workers friendly. If one worker can't help you with your question they find a worker who can help you. Very friendly.

The self dog wash station in this location is repulsive. The wash stations do not seem like they have been cleaned in months. Dog hair was everywhere and the tub was clogged when washing my dog. There was urine all throughout the store. Please do better.

My favorite part of this store are the services provided. I love using the self washing station. I also get my dogs nails done here. I'm so grateful they offer an appointment for a nails only service. We go monthly. Shannon and Pat have been wonderful with my puppy.

Brought my 8 month old Labrador retriever mix there today to get groomed booked and paid for full grooming ($87 including bath, haircut, nail trimming and ear cleaning). They had my dog there for 2.5 hours and didnât even give her a haircut the whole reason I brought her. And then the clerk at the front desk asked for my phone number and didnât even put it in correctly so I missed out on my virtual stamp and points. I like it as a store and the DIY dog wash station but will NEVER use the grooming service again I will bring my dogs elsewhere

Donât get me wrong, I love coming here but after tonight I will never come here again. My children arrive 20-25 minutes before the store closes and they were denied service as the store âcloses at 9â, but they were there before then. This would have NEVER happened before. Do not shop here!!!!

Iâve been trying to place a testimonial about the woman who grooms my Rottweiler, Zelda, and I canât find any survey. Well I want to acknowledge Pat in grooming at The Wallington store. The others in the actual store are always very helpful when I need it.

We trust our puppy's grooming to Pat. She is familiar with his breed and connected with him from day one. Pat does an amazing job with him and always has his best grooming interests in mind. We are very pleased that we were recommended by a friend who happens to own the same breed dog. We highly recommend Pat for Bernedoodles and poodles.
