“On a whim, I came across Car Kings while trying to get an out-of-state PPI performed on a car I was looking to purchase and I am so happy I did. John immediately made me feel comfortable in that he actually knew what he was talking about unlike some shops. He was honest, upfront, flexible and thorough in the services performed. Because of his recommendations, I ultimately bought my dream car. It's unfortunate I do not live closer otherwise I would definitely use Car Kings as my go to place for automotive services. “Chrysler replaced my transmission twice. When it broke the third time, I brought it to Barrett. Rich called me at the end of everyday giving me updates. He even stayed late one night to get it done becauce we were without a car for 2 weeks waiting for chrysler. Chrysler has still not returned any of our calls.

My husband was changing the transmission or before escape 2008 and the piece he was buying able to get it so they helped him finding a part. They're also they're very patient about us picking up the car from them. in addition they are extremely patient because my husband asked so many questions kept calling them but they were very very patient and they did a great job. If you need work on your transmission, that's the place to go. Their prices are fair. They were willing to work with you. They are also very knowledgeable and their customer care is Great.”

“I had an amazing experience with Jose at S&A Auto Center after my car was involved in a minor accident. He was extremely professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the entire process. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready for pickup by 3pm the same day, which truly exceeded my expectations.

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty.

He completed the work in one day.
They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle.

“Vinny and his crew truly saved the day. After running over some glass, we discovered we had a flat tire and were scrambling to figure out what to do. Vinny told us to just come right over, and from the moment we arrived he could not have been nicer. He gave us the attention and care we needed to get the issue fixed quickly and safely.
