I usually have a new pleasant experience at this postal office but the lady working today was very rude and seemed annoyed at customer’s questions or them just asking for a service.

Just moved here in May of last year and I run a small reseller business. Never had issues with any packages getting lost. Always drop them off with a scan form and the place is always empty in the morning. In and out. What a breath of fresh air compared to the hectic NYC post offices.

Why are you closed for lunch until 1? Why do you need such a long lunch break? This is ridiculous.
