They installed my brakes BACKWARDS! My truck almost locked up because of this. Put my family and myself in danger because of the ridiculous job they did - never said sorry, and blamed the parts. Had to get my brakes/rotors redone by Firestone (who confirmed my brakes were installed incorrectly). I had to take Specialty Auto to court for reimbursement, and I was awarded the judgment. I am still waiting to be compensated even though the court has ordered them to pay. I would NOT go here unless you want to go to court, as they do NOT back their work!

This is not slander, this is an honest review of my experience with your business, which is what this site is intended for. Improper installation caused the seized caliper. I'm not sure what you're not understanding. Firestone (a more reputable company) made that diagnosis and I have proof of that, so please stop saying the brakes were installed properly when they were not. You need to own up to your mistakes and people need to know who they are getting into business with when they walk into your store.

Recently got a subwoofer and amp installed. Customer service and work quality was outstanding. Very satisfied with the results. If you are looking for great people, service, quality, and price look no further than this place. Vinnie stands behind his work offering a great warranty on his products. The price was good and the result even better. Definitely recommend 10/10.

If you desire genuinely dependable, friendly, and honest auto service, Specialty Auto is the place to go and Vinnie and Lucy are the people to see. Thus far, I have taken three family vehicles to Specialty Auto for a wide range of services, including a car stereo/antenna installation, new starter, radiator diagnosis, new tires, brake inspection, and oil/filter change. I have thoroughly appreciated that Specialty Auto aptly schedules the work, keeps a clean and organized shop, and offers upfront and fair pricing. I would not hesitate to use Specialty Auto for all vehicle electronics and service needs.

Just have to say Vin and Lucy at Specialty Auto are so great to work with! They worked on our 2005 SL AMG and they did great work on updating the sound with Nav and CarPlay as well as adding a rear camera (among a few other items). Awesome job! Many many thanks and would highly recommend.
