Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a vehicle.
Before visiting Straight Motor Sales, I did read a few reviews mentioning hidden fees I wouldn’t call them hidden, just not clearly noted. But once I arrived at the dealership, everything was explained honestly and upfront.
I first met Johnny, who went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure I was comfortable with the process. He even took extra time to help get some things done to the vehicle that I couldn’t take care of myself since I had driven in from another area that really stood out to me.

“Being “struck by lightning twice” is highly unlikely but I am thankful it happened here at Wayne Hyundai.
With a new lease It’s extremely unlikely to have so many problems with a new car but— while it did happen here, Mark the customer relations sales manager and Rio the technical manager have been going above and beyond to try and make things right.
Financing was fairly priced, simplified and they are dealing with a big mishap as best as they can. I have to do the legwork of dealing with the inconvenience, they got my in a loaner vehicle and promise to not let me walk away with more problems than I came in with.
As for the financing and payment, do not get the tire and wheels insurance they offer unless you are in Wayne, other Hyundai service centers will not take it.
However, they are quite reasonable people that try their best to please their customers.
Ultimately, there are laws in place to protect the customer in case of incidents like mine but I trust that the managers here at Wayne are trying their hardest in my best interest to get me to a satisfactory place.
It’s a strange review but if you just so happen to be an unlucky one, you’d at least be lucky the people here are good hearted.”
“The two gentlemen that I met (and I believe the only two that work here) Moe and Mike were absolute gentleman and a pleasure to meet and deal with. they are not the typical grimy salesman that you meet at many of these lots of fortunately. these guys were no pressure very courteous patient and willing to work with their customers to accommodate anything to make you feel you are under no pressure. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”
