Rob and Brian from Dimension Doors are awesome. I called on Monday for an estimate, and they were at my house 15 minutes later to look at our 2nd garage door that had no opener and was EXTREMELY heavy to lift. Had an estimate that evening. He came this morning at 6:15, worked for an hour and 1/2 as he had stated, and now we have a door that works!!He explained everything so simply and was an absolute joy to have work at our home. Best experience I have ever had with a company. Reasonably priced as well!! Thank you so much!!

Rob was professional and courteous. He returned our phone calls promptly and answered all of our questions. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job installing our new garage doors. I wish I would have called to replace my old garage door years ago. Rob replaced my door, tracks, and motor that were all ancient and not working right with a great new door, motor, and track. Now it’s nice and quiet, looks much better and is keeping my garage much warmer. Came when he said he would, worked quickly, stuck to the quote without trying to upsell, and left the area cleaner than he found it. Like I said earlier, my only regret was not calling a few years ago.

Rob was really quick and responsive on the phone and text. I was able to schedule an appointment within days of our first contact which was great. He installed the garage door opener in about an hour and took care of programming everything so that it was all ready to go for me. I asked him about other parts of the garage door that needed updating and they were things that he was able to do right on the spot for a reasonable fee, he wasn’t trying to upsell me, I was the one looking for additional things to have done. A true professional that I would refer to anyone and am holding on to his info for any future installation or garage repair needs.

Rob was quick to come out and take a look at what we needed, and even quicker at scheduling a date that worked for both of us. My garage door opener broke with my car inside. Rob came out the next day and got my car out and scheduled new door openers for both garage doors within two days.
