I recently purchased my first bike, a Ninja 500, from Town and Country Cycle Center, and the experience was outstanding. Edgar offered me a great price, and his honesty and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect order, and as a beginner, I truly appreciated the time he took to explain to me things I didn’t know. This is the best place to buy a first bike, or any bike for that matter!

This shop is 2 mi from my house and is probably the best motorcycle dealership I've ever been to.. The staff is super friendly they are not pushy you could walk around the showroom for an hour without a salesman pressuring. Now the reason for the review is their service department. I have an old '80s motorcycle that I can never get the tires to seat on the bead. I've came here twice willing to pay and they haven't charged me The second time they even installed the new valve core for free.. if you're looking for a place to have your motorcycle serviced Town and country cycles is the best

We can't sing enough praise for the service we received from Town and Country Cycle Center! When all our 7 year old wanted for his birthday was a GasGas MC 50, we were at a loss since there weren't any GasGas dealers in NY that had one in stock. Edgar took better care of my family than we could ever have imagined! He worked the whole deal for us over the phone, provided us with be best and most fair price, and helped us arrange for a shipper to meet us halfway to cut down on our drive for pickup! When we then needed a last minute part for our son's KTM 50 SX Mini, they were also the ONLY dealership that had the part in stock, and made arrangements for the part to be delivered to us WITH the GasGas so we didn't have to pay for expedited shipping! Edgar and the team at Town and Country CC made us feel like family, and helped make our little boy's dream come true! We are forever grateful, and will be forever customers! THANK YOU!

Edgar provided the best service from start to finish during my time purchasing a motorcycle. When i requested an over-the-phone quote, he gave me transparent pricing and was very straight to the point. Didn’t waste my time with asking too many questions & gave me exactly what i was looking for. Even though the bike is high in demand, Edgar got me delivery within less than 6-weeks!

Great place. Bought two bikes from Edgar when he worked in Ramsey before it closed. Walked in 17 years later to Town and Country and he recognized me. Son bought a Husqvarna. Sold it last year after a full rebuild. The guy who bought it knew Town and Country and bought it confident that they did a quality job on the rebuild. Would not hesitate to tell recommend them to anyone I know for sales or service.
