“This whimsy little shop has been tucked away between Rt. 9 and Main Street for 40 years. I’ve lived in Waretown my entire life, also 40 years, and for the first time today I finally decided to stop in.

My daughter and I were warmly greeted by Joan & Bill, the wonderful owners of Decor Picture Framing. We ended up chatting about town happenings, our children, our wonderful, and sometimes not so wonderful, school systems, their business, and just life in general. I truly enjoyed not only their company, but also exploring their shop and the grounds around it.

One of the sweetest little moments was when they noticed my daughter admiring the flowers outside and actually cut some for her to take home. It was such a simple, thoughtful gesture, but it really stuck with me. 🌸

I didn’t go in with any intention of making a purchase. I was simply curious and wanted to explore this little place I’ve driven past for years. But after visiting, I fully plan on going back around Christmas time!

If you’ve ever driven by and wondered what’s inside, I definitely recommend stopping in and giving this little local shop a visit. I’m really glad I finally did. 🫶”
