We had engine failure. Got Debbie on the phone several times, and she helped us every step of the way.
Clean bathrooms, several lifts. We're going to have them get us ready for a 1000 mile trip, which the previous marina didn't do over the past ten months. Good people.
We lost power to our port diesel. Fixing it is what they do.

Holiday Harbor Brokerage Yacht Sales, Mark K is one of the best!! Mark was hired as my broker for my boat sale. Each day he reached out and filled me in on the inquiries he recieved and his responses. Morning, Noon, Nights and Weekends, we communicated.. In three weeks, Mark through negotiations sold my boat sucessfully.. His demeanor is genuine for both the buyer and seller, willing to go above and beyond to assure happiness for each.. Offering both sides more than I invisined.. Mark, worked with the buyer, the Survey firm, Marine Travel lift guys, Banks and Vessel Hailing firms to make it all happen seamlessly. Along each step, I was assured and informed, always answering my calls and walking me through each process. Unfortunately, during this process, I feel ill and was hospitalized...Mark said no problem, you recover,, ill bring any and all documents to you, and he did, never asking for a fee adjustment, and wishing me a speedy recovery.. This marina is terrible and not at all military friendly. Our family who was new to boating had nothing but terrible interactions with this business from the start. Not only are the people here not understanding to the people new to this hobby, they try and skim money from you at every turn. Upon noticed of our short-notice deployment, they were not helpful and wish we would have looked into other places before being stuck in that situation. I would advise to look elsewhere ESPECIALLY if you are military when looking for a place to store you boat.
