A Lesson in Integrity – Thank You, Jeff and Key Harbor Marina
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Jeff, the General Manager at Key Harbor Marina, for how he handled a recent situation that, at first, I misunderstood. I initially (and wrongly) pointed blame in his direction, but after speaking with Jeff directly, I realized I was mistaken.
Jeff listened carefully, took the time to understand the issue, and—rather than getting defensive—he calmly explained what was really going on. Even more impressive, he went above and beyond by guiding me to the right party and personally persuading them to re-evaluate my situation. That extra effort made all the difference.
What could have remained a frustrating experience was completely turned around, thanks to Jeff’s professionalism, patience, and integrity. It’s not often you do business with someone who will help a customer, over and beyond the call of duty. I’m truly grateful. This experience has earned my respect for the Key Harbor Marina.
I strongly recommend Key Harbor Marina—not just for their service, but for the HONESTY of the people behind it, which is a rarity in this day and age.

On our way to NYC, Burnt extra fuel helping a capsized wind cat so we headed into KHM. Hit a rock leaving heading back into harbor. July 3rd after hours for the Marina, they pulled us out to inspect damage, hooked us up with Ocean Prop and did everything possible to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Great communication great work great crew.

We pulled into Key Harbor Marina for an emergency haul out. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. I recommend this facility if you are in Barnegat Bay.

Found this marina through our little rascal streamer. One day next season during my American Great Loop before I get into NYC and into Erie Canal back home to Lake Huron, Canada, I will be stopping in to shake the legend Jeff's hand. Fair winds and following seas Key Harbour. Thanks for helping
