We had a terrible problem that required complicated assistance from Seatow. Captain Walter Bohn Was amazing and helped to coordinate a complicated operation. He is an amazing person that obviously cares about people and his customers .I would highly recommend Seatow to anyone.

Captain Walt saved my bacon again, this time in a life or death situation...(5 metres from the wave pounded rocks of Barnegut inlet...).
We had ONE shot at throwing (and catching) a tow rope thrown from one heaving boat to the other; and MY HERO Captain Bohn came through; at first attempt...; just in time to pull my Penny off the rocks; and save the day....!
I owe you big-time, my friend...

Sea Tow Central New Jersey – Our Offshore Heroes (Three Times and Counting!)
We owe a huge shoutout to Sea Tow Central New Jersey for being there when we needed them most—not once, not twice, but three times now aboard our boat Go Fluke Yourself.
Last season, we had not one, but two breakdowns while offshore fishing—first an electrical issue, and later a shredded idler pulley that left us completely dead in the water. Both times, Sea Tow responded quickly, found us with no trouble, and got us home safely without missing a beat. Their captains were calm, professional, and made a stressful situation feel totally under control.
Then came this season’s drama: a vapor lock on what felt like the hottest day of the year. We couldn’t get the engine restarted no matter what we tried. Once again, Sea Tow was there like clockwork. Despite the blazing heat and brutal sun, they showed up smiling, ready to help, and made sure we got home safely—again.
Sea Tow isn’t just a membership—it’s peace of mind. When you're miles offshore and things go wrong, this is the team you want on your side. Reliable, professional, and genuinely good people. We never leave the dock without them.
Thank you, Sea Tow Central NJ, for keeping Go Fluke Yourself safe and making sure we always live to fish another day!

The Captains at Sea Tow Central Jersey are truly top notch. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been exceptional. Whether it’s a major issue on the water or a minor inconvenience, they show up quickly, ready to help with a calm and confident presence. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond make all the difference when you’re in a stressful situation. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do and genuinely care about the people they assist. Our boat broke down on Saturday and Sea Tow Central New Jersey was incredible. They towed us from Tices Shoal to Brick and were so helpful. They helped us with 3 boats and were incredibly nice and genuine people. Highly recommend Sea Tow Central New Jersey whenever you are having boating issues.

I would like to thank Central Jersey Sea Tow, Especially Captain Walt and his crew for coming to our aid. It was getting dark, strong winds, rain and very low tide. We were at the end of a 250 mile journey, 12 hours on the boat and stuck with 2 kids. One call and they came out on a holiday weekend night approaching in the rain and got us back to our slip without a problem. It was a great feeling knowing Central Jersey Sea Tow was there to help out. Being stranded with your kids is very stressful, thankfully I had a knowledgeable experienced crew to be there when we needed them. Imagine being stranded on a boat with your kids and no one to call on a holiday weekend, would not be fun. Thankfully I don't have to, I know who to call, Central Jersey Sea Tow. Membership is well worth the fee, best value.

Huge thanks to CaptIn Walt and crew for helping us navigate the Barnegat inlet last night. After bringing up a new boat from the Chesapeake Bay we ran into some trouble finding the proper channel we needed to get us to our new marina. Even though it was after hours, he assembled a crew and came out to render assistance before darkness crept in. Incredible customer service is an understatement. Sea Tow is more than just towing. If you own a boat, join Sea Tow!
