I really needed a new phone because my old one broke. I was helped the whole way by this great worker Moe. He was easy to talk to and made getting my new phone setup easy. Also he helped me recover most things from my past phone even without Apple ID. Not to mention these guys hooked me up. Super happy with the customer service.

Omar was fantastic! Costco caused much delay and many problems hindering us from getting the new phones activated … Omar was able to overcome these obstacles and rectify the situation. He was also a pleasure to work with.

Lianni, Romaine and Omar were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a thorough review of my iPhone upgrades and plan upgrade to the Unlimited Performance plans. I happily agreed to pay more for my monthly plans after understanding its benefits. I also visited two other AT&T stores and a Verizon store before coming here. This store has the best employees!

Terrible terrible experience. Long story short went to the physical store because I don’t have a lot of knowledge about the iPhones. Omar the manager gave me incorrect info on iPhone details causing me to order a phone I didn’t actually want. Went back to the store very frustrated to exchange after waiting 2 weeks for the phone all to basically get yelled at by Mazan for asking him if the refund will take 3-5 business days as if this is known info by the entire world. Terrible terrible there are no other words. I would highly suggest not going anywhere near this store. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t know much about anything and they are rude when you try explaining how they messed up. Not apologetic at all. They ended up making me not want to purchase this phone at all.
