“Sherlock Automotive in Warren, NJ is truly in a league of its own. This is far more than just an automotive service shop — it’s a first-class customer experience from start to finish. What immediately stands out is that this is a genuinely hands-on operation. Owner Joe is actively involved in the business and takes tremendous pride in the experience every customer receives. His Service Manager, Rainer, is incredibly attentive, organized, and always on top of every detail. Together, they’ve created an environment where customers are truly known and valued. It’s the kind of place where they remember your name, your vehicle, and make you feel like more than just another service appointment. The attention to detail, professionalism, and courtesy shown by the entire staff is exceptional. Their facility is spotless, modern, and equipped with top-tier tools and technology that clearly reflect their commitment to quality and precision. Whether you’re bringing in your daily driver, a luxury vehicle, or something exotic, you can feel completely confident your vehicle is in the right hands. The atmosphere itself is impressive — from the exotic vehicle showroom to the comfortable waiting area, everything reflects professionalism and pride in what they do. And if you’re in the market for a vehicle, Joe is absolutely someone worth speaking with — knowledgeable, honest, and passionate about helping customers find the right fit. It’s rare today to find a business that combines expertise, integrity, hospitality, and true customer care at this level. Sherlock Automotive has absolutely earned my trust and highest recommendation. If you want honest people, exceptional service, and a team that genuinely cares, this is the place to go.”

“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”

“Blown Away. Genuinely! Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I made that phone call but Kevin immediately made me feel at ease. No sales pitch, no fluff — just a straight conversation about my requirements and what they’d do about it. That kind of honesty upfront already told me I was in the right place. Then Mario got to work. And wow. I came back to a car that looked better than it has in years. I actually stood there for a moment just taking it in. Every inch of that Q7 was spotless — the paint was gleaming, the interior felt fresh, and even the little details that most places miss were taken care of. You can tell Mario genuinely takes pride in his work. It doesn’t feel like a job to him — it feels like a craft. Prices are fair. The team is very friendly. And most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’ll do I’m already planning to come back every year. Strongly suggest Auto star for your auto detailing. Btw they also provide many other services like tinting, ceramic coating etc. Kevin, Mario — thank you both. Really appreciate the care you put in. See you next year!”

“Got into an accident and had to get my doors replaced. I was having issues with the other party’s insurance company and Mario Auto Services helped me along the way. The insurance company was trying to total my car at 45% value. Mario and his team fixed my car and made it look better than before the accident! Claudia and Mario were communicating with me throughout the entire process and their service was top notch. Thank you again!”

“My vehicle was delivered to this repair shop after it broke down on the side of the road. My boyfriend found the shop and had it towed there. I was initially resistant to the repair shop checking all aspects of the vehicle because I had a previous evaluation done stating the starter wasn't working. However, the shop's leader said he would do what I asked, but the car hasn't been fully checked. After further examination, the shopkeeper found that the engine was blown. I was grateful that I didn't move forward with a starter.”

“Overall, my experience with Certified Bumper Repair was exceptional. Top-tier service that meets service level agreement and customer satisfaction. The following are some of the takeaways that defines exceptional service: Mission Statement - Do it right the first time. There is a sign at the location, which the work ethics are based on. This says a lot And adds to the craftsmanship of their work. Customer Service - Clear communication from the ladies that work in the office on the work that is being done. Always updating the customer on progress and next steps. These are key when building trust and allowing an organization to do work on your car. Repair Quality -Genuine Lexus Replacement Parts used to repair the vehicle from the Lexus dealer. More over, the craftmanship of Jose, Junior And the team's practices set the bar for delivering quality service while working on the project. The car looks new from the factory. After repair - Building a relationship, a customer service relationship where customers are comfortable and satisfied with the service. I made a request after the repair. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and satisfy the need for my request.”

“Great quality work at fair prices! Took my vehicle to Jeff to address some damage to the exterior due to recent snow removal efforts. Jeff did an amazing job of transforming my vehicle, it's looking better than when I brought it to him. It looks beautiful, shines and sparkles like a sheet of glass and every scratch, etc that was on my truck is gone. I plan on using only Jeff in the future for all of my vehicle detailing needs and also highly recommend to anyone looking for a true professional that takes pride in his work!Services: Full body wash”

“I had a very nice experience with the two gentlemen that helped take care of my oil change, it was quick and I didn't have to wait long. They were very upfront and honest about the state of my car and told me there were some things I needed to do and look out for. Ex. Air filter, oil leak or burns off.. I also used the Xtreme Clean car wash following the oil change and they too were great, highly recommend coming here. Rob”

“Recently my husband went for a car wash and accidentally dropped money. Didn’t realize until later by which the car wash services were closed. He called the next morning hoping it would be there and the owner said he one the employee Madeline had found it. The honesty of owner and her employee showed true business relationships with customer. We go there often and always great service.”

“I've always chosen the Platinum package, and it never disappoints. The car is always as clean as it would have been coming off the showroom floor, wheels shiny, and my entire interior cleaned... Even the hard-to-reach areas around my gear shifter look like they get completely scrubbed cleaned and polished, something I probably would not be able to do if I washed the car myself. I really wish they would open a second location closer to hamilton / Lawrenceville area because it is a far ride for a car wash but anytime I'm in the area if they are open, I stop in.”

175 Essex Avenue, Metuchen NJ 08840
“The crew who wiped down my car after did a nice thorough job. Unless you have a very good reason to need a detail, the Premium service at $29 is as good w/ trunk areas & bottoms of doors wiped down. They clean the mats & under them, the hinge of the hatback. Tires gleam like mirrors.”
