“Very nice place to rent, newly renovated, fresh and affordable. The Legion volunteers were extremely friendly, helpful and easy to deal with... they even cleaned the hall for us after these low-class inconsiderate animals had rented it prior to us and had left it a complete disaster. We were civilized and respectful enough to abide by the agreed upon terms, cleaned up after ourselves, and received our deposit back without any issues. We will definitely be renting the hall in the future and recommending it to all of our friends and family, the animals can have their parties at Chuck E. Cheese with the rats where they belong and the responsible adults will have your wonderful hall to utilize.”

“This is an incredibly well designed building in this very vibrant neighborhood. The center of Jewish life at Rutgers University. RU Hillel serves Jewish students. I have not visited the cafe but I heard it is amazing. There is an amazing exhibit at the front of the building. It is a Mezuzah made from the remnants of an Iron Dome missile!”

“What a "Gem" of a bookstore. I was looking for a family owned and operated bookstore and what I found was a Treasure, right here in New Brunswick, NJ.Kaila was the most helpful and wonderful owner. She found exactly what I wanted (50 copies of a certain book) and she got them for me in a quick order. Then when I received them, each book had a personal "Enjoy this book" card and a bow. Fantastic! Some of my people when I gave them the book were so surprised and so pleased it made the book even more special. Kaila added that very personal touch that can't be found in the big, national bookstores.”

“The Berkeley Heights Y is a brand-new, modern, well-equipped fitness facility with tons of great programs for families, children, seniors, and singles. There's childcare and camp and afterschool training. There's a beautiful pool for the summer, pickleball for all ages. But the building isn't what makes it so special: The Y's focuses on welcoming everyone, regardless of race, religion or personal beliefs, and providing financial assistance for those who aren't able to afford it, due to temporary set-backs or more permanent challenges. Personally, I feel well-supported here -- not just another member making the cash register ring for some corporate fitness chain. Being part of the national Y system, the staff get great training and the systems like the mobile app are top notch.”

“Great pool great fitness center and all in all well run outfit with good people. However, they could expand and add to their gymnasium and also enhance their Internet banned with and speed. The Internet is sketchy and spotty at best and with no cell reception. it makes harder for streaming content while working out. This needs to be fixed.”

“it seems like a legimate complaint but your legislator won't do a thing about it.Comcast seems to raise prices at its convenience and the taxes charged for your phone are out of line but they have you by the !!!! whatever you like to call it.they have monopolized the cable service.They disallowed the phone companies some time ago from doing this and now allow Comcast to take overI would complain but don't like getting tied up on phones”

“Dr. Debbie Ferro has been my therapist for over 5 years and it feels like I have known her for much longer. I first saw her for severe anxiety to the point I was on so many medications I thought I would never be "normal" again. After the first meeting, I was already feeling comfortable and calmer. After one week in her care, I was able to stop medication and was on the road to better health. Throughout the years I found myself doubting if I could ever follow my dream to become a medical professional due to my overwhelming anxiety. Dr. Ferro never gave up on me and guided me through some of the worst and best moments in my life. She never missed a phone call, canceled an appt or ever doubted me. She pushed me to keep moving forward. Thanks to her, I wouldn't be where I am today...As a Physician Assistant, I cannot thank this woman enough for getting my life back. “Beautifully carved pumpkins. A very talented team. However, I felt the experience was a bit short for the price. I drove an hour round trip and it took about 15 minutes or less to drive through and thats only because the car in front of us kept stopping (or else it would have been quicker) If adding more pumpkins, in order to make it a longer event, was too time/financially consuming then there could have been other Halloween decorations to be fillers. Still very scenic and creative.”
