Ms Karen and Ms Teresa were truly the heart of Lightbridge during our time there. They are incredible teachers who brought patience, love, and a nurturing energy that made a world of difference for our child. We couldn’t have asked for better care, and they set a wonderful standard for what Lightbridge can be.
That said, the same level of care wasn’t always consistent across all staff. At times, I observed situations that were concerning including a teacher pulling a blanket over a child’s head who didn't want to nap, children being handled more roughly than felt appropriate, and hallway interactions where the tone used with little ones didn’t come across as supportive. While I understand how challenging it can be to manage a classroom full of young children, tone and approach matter greatly for their development and sense of security.
Overall we truly value Lightbridge and the positive impact it’s had.

Both my kids go here and love it. Director is amazing — super involved and always easy to talk to. Staff really cares about the kids and makes it feel like family. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We’ve had a great experience at Lightbridge. My daughter started here at age two and is now four. I’ve always felt completely at ease dropping her off each day knowing she was safe, happy, and well cared for. She especially formed a special bond with her preschool teacher. It’s so clear her teacher is invested in all the children’s growth and happiness. It’s been amazing to watch our daughter learn so much.
The staff puts so much effort into planning fun and creative activities for the kids, and my daughter comes home full of stories and smiles every day. We are so sad to be moving on because of a move but would recommend Lightbridge to any family!

I would give Lightbridge Academy 100 stars if I could!! As a first time mom, leaving your baby for the first time at daycare can be so terrifying and stressful but Lightbridge Academy in Warren made it anything but that! From the incredible staff to the beautiful center, I couldn’t imagine sending my child anywhere else. We will be using Lightbridge again with our newborn and cannot be more excited. We love Lightbridge!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this academy. The calm atmosphere, caring staff who know every child by name, clean classrooms, and thoughtful touches like free snacks make it truly special. I was also impressed by the beautiful organization of the graduation ceremony. We’re leaving only because our older child is moving on to kindergarten, but our younger one will happily continue for two more years!

Lightbridge Academy in Warren is simply the best! The teachers and staff are so personable and wonderful, the facilities are so clean and secure. The entire experience really brought such comfort to us as our daughter started her schooling journey with them. Our daughter now loves going to school because of Lightbridge Academy in Warren. 10/10 recommend!

I really appreciate how nurturing and attentive the staff is. My son feels safe, happy, and excited to go each day, which means so much. The structured daily routine, engaging activities, and focus on social development have truly helped him thrive.
One thing I especially love is how he’s learned to express himself through sign language. It’s been amazing to see the progress—he’s talking more each day, even though most of it I can’t fully understand just yet (he’s only 19 months old, after all!). He has his good and bad days like any child, but what I really value is how his teachers are always so patient and nurturing, making sure he feels better, supported, and loved.
His teachers make me feel like he’s in good hands, and I really appreciate the open communication. I love being able to check in through the app and watch him on the camera during the day—it gives me peace of mind and helps me feel connected.

I recently brought my niece in for a daily drop-in, which was incredibly convenient as my family was facing an emergency. She’s never been in a school setting before, but she absolutely loved it! From the moment she walked in, she was fully engaged the center is full of amazing, sensory-rich toys that kept her excited and curious all day long (she was having so much fun she didn’t even want to nap!).
The staff was incredible Ms. Isabel, Ms. Mia, and Ms. Jeraldine went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. They were not only warm and nurturing but also very clean and organized, which made me feel even more at ease. They also were teaching her Spanish, Sign Language, and singing many songs with clapping! The admin team was also extremely helpful in making the transition smooth and stress-free. They answered all my questions and were so understanding of our last-minute situation.
They kept me updated throughout the day with thoughtful notes and pictures through the app, and thanks to their partnership with WatchMeGrow, our whole family was able to watch her thrive in real time.
It truly warmed my heart to see her happy, playful, and adjusting so well to something so new. I’m beyond grateful— we will definitely be back!

In my opinion, this day care is THE BEST DAY CARE in town (and neighboring towns). Let me start off by saying, that similar to many parents, I researched many daycares before choosing a location. In addition, my child attended two other day cares before we landed here.
The way the teachers interact with the children is wonderful to see. The teachers are firm and consistent in their approach to bad behavior, they are attentive, kind, and patient, their curriculum provides a good education, they have fun (art, shaving cream, dancing).
It’s truly the BEST DAYCARE IN TOWN. My daughter has learned so much!!!!! Examples - ABC’s, sign language, how to write, even some Spanish colors, and so much more.
The Director, Johana is phenomenal, as well. My daughter was having a behavioral issue ~2-3 months into joining. She was ok with the other children but she was not listening to the teachers and displaying bad behavior that was not her normal behavior. At first, I thought maybe it was the daycare but I believe it was due to the fact that we just changed daycares and in parallel I was transitioning her into her own room / bed.
To put this into context, it got bad enough to where Johana (the director) had to sit me down. She explained all the issues and the impact it was having. She gave some recommendations on what we could work to implement, together, to try and rectify the problem. She was also very clear on how long we had to try and implement a solution (before we would need to change schools). All things I truly appreciated because there was over communication on the problem, a willingness to work together to try and resolve the issue, and a clear deadline.
In the end, I was finally able to get through to my daughter and her morning statements of “I don’t want to go here!!!” changed into “I can’t wait to tell Ms. Caila XYZ” or greeting Mrs. Johana on the way to excitedly join Ms. Temu’s class.
Their willingness to try and work with you (as a parent) and their dedication to providing a safe, fun, and educational place for all the children is impeccable. You won’t regret sending your child, here.

Our little one has been attending Lightbridge full time since he's been 5 months old and we are absolutely thrilled with the care and service provided. As a first time mom, I was super nervous about leaving him with anyone else, but all my fears were put to ease when I saw how excited he was to go to daycare every day. His teachers are so loving, caring, patient and supportive. He's well taken care of and has such a good time with all of his friends. It's truly been a joy to watch him grow and learn new things. Would highly recommend Lightbridge for anyone looking for a local daycare!

My toddler has been attending for 9 months and absolutely loves it! I can tell he enjoys being there and they take great care of him and the other children. I like that they have cameras in the classrooms so that I can watch while I'm at work, I know that I can trust he is in good hands. He's also learned a lot since joining and it's great he gets to socialize with the other children.
