whne i went to this branch this morning i had to wait for the bank to opemn. i was there after 8 and the bank opens at 9 i parked in the bank lot not in a handicapped spot and not in employee parking. just a customer parking spot. i never left my car; i just waited till the bnak would open. about 8:30 a bank employee pulled up alongside me and said you can't park here. she went on and on. you have to leave this lot, she kept on saying. i said i am waiting for this bank to open. once the bank did open - and it opened late - and after i did my business inside the same employee came over to harangue me again as to parking while waiting for the bank to open. I have never been treated this way by any other bank nor any other business. it was shameful. marlane

I can't even begin to describe that phone call I had with Ranjit. (I'm so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) I've been signing checks for multiple business accounts even as recently as today. They have been clearing them with no problems and today I get a phone call to make a new online banking account I have to show that I'm married with just a driver's license. (obviously wrong info) I updated these records 13 years ago when I got married including a copy of my marriage certificate. I reminded her that I'm not new. I just need an account to be reactivated. These were so many errors with what she said so it looks like to do online banking I have to physically show up at the branch lol! Have you heard anything so bizarre? And again they have my updated info for the last 13 years. I understand why a different bank down the street has been getting so many peapack Gladstone customers.
