First time trying out this place. I enjoyed my pedicure. And so far it is lasting well. However my gel manicure began to peel off after one day. Literally just popping off. Maybe they missed a step in the process? Such a waste of my money and time. Will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible. Disturbing atmosphere Don’t come it’s a waste of money. Owner was very rude and disrespectful. Got mad about the tip I left. Was there 3 hours. And left with horrible work. Cause why do my nails look like a 5 year old did it. I kept telling her that she was hurting me and she made me bleed multiple times. She ripped part of my nail out of the nail bed. I told her the shape of my nails is not how I wanted it and she told me I can’t get the nails I want. She said my nails had to be think I went to cosmetology school I know they don’t need to be thick.. Very disgusting attitude. My middle finger nail is thicker than my thumb. I left here bleeding out of 3 different fingers. The work she did was worth 6$. I think this place should be shut down for how poorly they work. The way she screams at the other workers is disturbing. I look like I got gumballs on my fingers. Edit- my finger nail is still bleeding and starting to get an infection for sure. There is a pus pocket.

I have been coming to Pro Nails for 24 years. They are professional and friendly, and the place is extremely clean. Right now I am getting gel manicures on tips including fancy designs and chrome powders. Lee does an absolutely beautiful job. I always get compliments on my nails. I also get spa pedicures which are super relaxing.

Very rough and rushed. $80 for a bumpy acrylic set. The older lady doing my nails was very rough pushing my cuticles and digging her own sharp nails into me to push my cuticles back. Nails came out crooked, thick and uneven and I went home with aching fingers with some cuts as well. Although the ladies are very nice, the nails had a very sloppy application of acrylic. Please take time into training staff properly and doing a neat job.

Recommended to me, but disappointed in pedicure 2 different times. Once tech cut my nails crooked, and cut cuticles. Second time a different tech kept going over the polish several times. It was too thick and smudged. Manicurist put a top coat on my nails that wouldn't come off with polish remover. I had to pick it off. Not professional nail technicians.

I have gone to this place multiple times and all the sudden prices have sky rocketed & quality has gone down!!!I went with my 16 year old daughter and we got 1 set of Gel mani/pedi & 1 set of Regular mani/pedi.They charged me total of $196. 65 which included 20% tip and 3.5% credit card charge.It did not add up so I went back the next day to understand the cc charges & they gave me $20 back in cash.$176.65 is still robbery - even in warren!!!Services: Pedicure

Horrible service for the prices. Charged me $65 for a gel pedicure, which I have no issue paying for. Please match your quality to the quantity!!! I had to go back twice to get a simple gel pedicure since the lady did not properly apply a gel clear top coat. Never again!!!Service: Pedicure

Poor communication. Brought my daughter for a manicure. She picked a bunny drawing for her nails. They only did the color but but not the design. They left her to dry her nails and attended to someone else. We were left hanging there waiting and had to leave without her design.Service: Manicure

Out of all the nail salons I went to in the past my acrylic fills n nails never looked more better and more natural. However be prepared to pay through the nose. I told the owner that I went to another place w my sister and she punished me by double charging me. Had a gel pedi and acrylic fills, color change $140.00 plus I gave a tip (should't have) I will never go back and this place is the closest to me.
