Terrible experience at a place I frequent every week with the kids.Stopped by Friday night, to watch an employee with dreadlocks scratch his scalp non-stop and proceed to touch customers cups and lids of several customers.Totally disgusting and unsanitary!!!

I love Rita's no matter which location, however I need to leave a review for the staff here. Two young ladies, one with a ponytail and a huge smile who was so good with everyone she served. Funny and charming and legitimately enjoys her job.

Doesn't take like Rita's. The lemon doesn't have the little lemon pieces in it and the cherry doesn't have the original cherry taste I'm used to from many other Rita's experiences.
