Very inexperienced people working here who have no business setting up accounts. Do not go there if you are trying to open up a business account. They have NO clue what they are doing and wasted my time. Been using them for my personal banking for years but now I’m switching that to PNC, as well as my new business account. Horrible experience

You will waste your time walking into the lobby, for any reason. Unprofessional, not great at returning calls. I made a "big" deposit so they locked the whole account vs just the deposited funds. No call or email to tell me my account was locked. Couldn't issue payments to people that really needed them. Green Brook is a better location to work with for sure.

I'm writing this review as I have been standing in line for more than 30 minutes. Some of the people can be very nice, but the service is ridiculously slow. I only come here to get change for my job, would hate to be here for personal reasons.

Just went there to cash a check for my mother who has an account at this branch and they wanted to charge me 7.00 to cash it . I told the manager that my mother had a knee operation and she is 67 and could not do it herself .. he said o well and he was not going to cash the check with out the change iI will never bank at Td well there are other banks . never had a problem at Bank of America
