Dropped off my car Monday afternoon after a rear end accident, on Tuesday they told me the parts alone were going to take 5 days and the portal showed my estimated pick up date of the following Friday. This Friday afternoon (5 days after dropping my car off) they called and said my car was ready! I got there they had just finished cleaning her inside and out! It was the cherry on top! “My tire blew on 287 in Bridgewater. After a long call with AAA, which ended in them not being able to help me, I looked for a local tow that could pick me up. I called Mike’s and quickly had my service request submitted. I called the local Pep Boys to check if my tire was in stock, and by the time I hung up the driver was already there. Alexander/Lex was incredibly kind and made sure I was safety in the tow truck before quickly hooking my car up. He made sure to keep me in good spirits and drove safely to make sure I got to the mechanic. For an unfortunate situation, I feel blessed to have decided to call Mike’s. I highly recommend.”

“Huge Shoutout and Thank You to Timachene for his quick response and service. My son accidentally locked my car keys in my car while the car was running and keys were in the ignition. I called AAA to assist and they sent Timachene he arrived within 10 minutes of me hanging up with AAA and it took him 2 minutes to open the door and turn the car off. Thank you again Timachene!!!”
