I highly recommend the Warren UPS location. Kenny is unbelievably helpful every time me and my wife come to the store. He is extremely welcoming, kind, patient & is extremely efficient. I am never waiting long even when there is a big line. I am a repeat customer and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. Great location and the store is always clean and organized. This is my top pick spot for UPS.

I just want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Joseph. He is truly amazing—so helpful and incredibly nice! I had several returns to make, and even as closing time approached, he welcomed me with a smile and assisted me with my needs. I’m especially grateful that he took the time to help me on a Saturday, right when he was about to clock out. His patience and dedication made a real difference in my experience. My favorite UPS STORE. It is always very clean, they’re helpful with anything that I need and take the time to help you. I never feel rushed at this store.

i am usually not the kind to complain but this time i couldn't hold back, if I could give a minus i would , the rudest person on the counter and claimed to be the owner of the store. i had such a horrible experience, i will do everything possible to avoid this location

Horrible customer service here; despite my package specifying that it can be dropped off at a UPS store, the two clerks told me they would not provide a receipt as they would not be able to scan the barcode. Knowing about UPS services, I know that this is incorrect information. Not sure why I was given the run around but I won't be going there again.

The customer service reps have terrible attitudes, they act like they're doing you a favor, and they nickle and dime you for taping boxes, printing labels and more. Also, I've been receiving several messages from Amazon lately stating the items I've returned via this location haven't been received by the vendor...
