I always enjoy coming to this post office. The clerks are always so friendly and fun! I think I’ve met them all but the most recent only comes up on my receipt at clerk #11. Thank you Clerk #11 for your courteous and kind help!

Went to get my passport done, had an appointment scheduled but had to wait 45min past my scheduled time until they could see me, there weren't any other customers. When I presented my identification they didn't know what I brought was an acceptable form of ID, I had to pull up the govt website to prove it to them. Brought photo copied versions of all the necessary documents, but they told me not to submit them and only submit the physical expired passport. Have a trip next week, and I just received a letter from the department of state saying that they needed the photo copies of those documents. Unsure if the employee I worked with is new, but they need much better training.

Very nice and Great Place! This is USPS so absolutely different. It's a big difference between regular places - USPS. Around nature. This is a very calm and quiet place. This post office is located in the forest! ?

Quick and easy service. Carl was very pleasant. My favorite feature though were the automatic doors. Every post office needs them! It was so easy walking in with heavy packages to drop off. Five stars all round!

The staff are incredibly friendly. We went there today to renew our passports, however, didn't know that they didn't do passport renewals without an appointment. Even so, the staff made time for us and one of the staff members even stayed longer than her shift hours to accommodate our walk in.

I've been using the USPS Warren office for several years now and have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go out of their way to make sure my packages are delivered on time and safely. I should make this a review for the people that are supposed to be overseeing this post office because I haven't gotten anywhere with them either. I don't know who you're supposed to talk to about any of this because nobody seems accountable for their actions nobody's in charge. I contacted what was supposed to be their authority because we haven't been getting our mail at least I don't think so we've been waiting for mail and haven't received and then I went to the post office directly and she said she was going to give this little note to a supervisor to call me and that never happened. I guess they just do whatever they want when they want and you're lucky if you get an email at all

I've shipped hundreds of items with Carl and original staff they are amazing! But these new employees act like they don't want to work or act very disrespectful to customers! This girl is literally telling customers she is exhausted and dosent know how to do things! She drops my package after playing hand toss between her hands! Then dosent even know how to manually enter tracking number if the bar dosent scan! Total nonsense considering the price hikes recently! You think they would have educated professionals working not some lazy Couch surfer! Very disappointing

Been here a few times, most of the times there is Not a big line but once i stood in one for 15 min. Employees are professional and do their job quickly. Overall not a bad usps location.

I went to get a passport renewal and they were not busy at the time so I was in and out in under 10 mins. The two people working the counter were very helpful and efficient

Warren, and Stockton are the worst at getting mail to the right persons mailbox. Can't read house number on the side ov the mailbox. Mu mail has been going to others! Almost didn't get important mail. Pity
