We love all of the products we received from Focal Point for our renovation. A year after install - our rechargeable lighted mirror wouldn't charge and Lauren at Focal Point worked with us and the manufacturer to get us a replacement under the warranty. Great products and service!

They sell products they don't own and can't ship. I ordered something and waited weeks before I called them to see what happened. Then I went round and round with a nice woman who took many days to finally tell me it was unavailable and on backorder. I canceled the order and bought the faucet elsewhere and had it almost the next day. Seems like this is a legitimate, old school Brooklyn company who haven't yet mastered online selling.

Poor/No communication. No follow up. I placed an order for a small item (wall-mount mirror). I emailed and phoned Focal Point and have heard nothing about the order.

I placed an order on line in November and was told delivery with in 2 weeks and since then today is 3/4/25 and still haven't received the order i placed ( a vanity) and worst thing is i don't even receive updates i need to constantly be emailing them asking for updates and every month they say the next week the next month..... horrible

Lauren at Focal Point is terrific! I discovered a crack inside a toilet several months after shipping and delivery. Lauren contacted the manufacturer and procured a replacement free of charge. Thank you - will buy again from Focal Point because of this :)

Had to get some replace parts for an imported door lock and Focal Point helped me find the right fit, going above and beyond to hold my hand throughout the install. I now know way too much about how a door works, but I’ll be back the next time I need anything they sell! Very knowledgeable and friendly team.

You really learn the integrity and commitment of a business not when a transaction goes perfectly but when it doesn't. I ordered two sinks and three faucets. The primary kitchen sink arrived broken after 2 attempts. Jonathon and Esther were exemplary in their assistance to correct the problem, with good will, common sense and prompt communication. Focal Point Hardware knows their business and will bend over backwards for their customers and stand behind every product they sell. Thank you.
