“love this cute Boutique!!!! they got gifts for everyone mom, sister, home, babies, myself etc. Literally everyone. I was just walking around the area and decided to stop by this boutique and it was a great experience. I found a water resistance beach pouch that will make a great addition for my beach bag. Love all the accessories they sell at this boutique. I was also able to get some baptism accessories for my niece. The quality and price of the items was amazing and the service was outstanding. The lady that helped me was so lovely she even found some idditional items for me so I really appreciated her suggestions. Then she packed the items in such a lovely way I felt the hard work and love that she placed on the wrapping of the items. I will definitely come back they got so many fashionable and stylish items specially for weddings, date night or a fancy event. I totally recommend this place. The decor of the place was lovely”

“The backstage crew for Cowboys and East Indians last minute wanted to wear sarees for our opening night party. Everyone was looking to order theirs through Amazon. I found Bengal Looms online and quickly organized a group order for us. Payal was able to work with me to do expedited shipping for the order for 10 sarees during a holoday weekend to boot. My wife and I recently visited this store, and we were genuinely blown away by the level of service we received. The associate who helped us, her name is Leanna, was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. She took the time to make sure everything fit correctly, explained sizing in a way that actually made sense, and made what can sometimes feel like an uncomfortable process feel easy and even enjoyable.
What stood out most was how much she clearly cares about doing her job well. She wasn’t pushy, she wasn’t rushing—she was focused on getting it right. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and it made a lasting impression on both of us.

“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”

“Went to the Morristown Talbot’s earlier today. I had an issue with the fastener on a pair of jeans. It was not something that I could have done myself so I wanted to see if the jeans were still carried. They were not but, the manager Jennifer looked up the item and issued me a credit for the full amount I paid. Chris then helped me find a new pair and was spot on with the size and style. What a pleasant experience today. Thank you”
“I go to this location strictly for handbags and women’s shoes. The ladies working there have been awesome and incredible. They even spoke and comforted me after a horribly humiliating experience with a male employee on the 3rd floor. So shout out to them. Thank god the manager at the bedding department listened to me and provided me with decent service.
The ladies are very well versed in Coach and go above and beyond for you, making sure you are well taken care of, even talking to you on their break. They work hard looking up bad for you.
Avoid the bedding department by all means unless you wanna be accused by a cold, rude employee who makes you beg for your phone back because he cannot scan a receipt properly.”

“I came in on a Sunday in the middle of the day, not to make a purchase but to get a product fixed. Everyone in here was SO NICE. I expected to wait since the store was busy and I wasn’t there to buy, but I was in and out within 5 minutes. I think that the thing that really stuck out to me was that they remembered my phone call from over a week ago. That shows me that they care about me as a customer and wanted to help me. I know that sometimes retail on the weekends can be “get everyone in and out as soon as possible,” but I did NOT get that sense at all here. They took the time to discuss the repair with me and the estimated turnaround time, which I really appreciated. I typically buy most of my bags from Nordstrom’s, but after my experience today, this store has a customer for life.”
