Called about 12:35 today for low tire pressure light lit. Told within 90 minutes, but much less than one hour Ivan from Fanelle was here and filling tires. Great service, and very personable man. Thank you again.

I bought a membership at 2:10pm. By 2:30 I was talking with an agent. Where an agent very politely lied that they were issuing a rapid response due to being stranded along i295 in the median. I am calling tire shops which close between 6-7. At 3:48 dispatch calls and said driver in route will arrive at 5. She was notating I had arrangements with a tire shop, had to arrive before they lock up at 6 to be helped. No problem. It's 5:52, stuck on hold 12+ min to talk to anyone. I ask if they would tow me home if need be for no extra cost due to their 1 star service, the lady transfers me to my home area branch saying they will help me with rectifying the situation. Then she disconnects me!!! WASTE OF MONEY

Went in for an international driver’s license and was in and out within 10 mins. Kaileigh was super helpful and had outstanding customer service! Grateful for a smooth and quick process.

Thank you to Triple A South Jersey for answering my call within a minute and sending a technician named Ciarra within an hour and a half to check my car battery when my start won't start. I appreciate the advice of Ciarra to check for my battery warranty. I ended up saving money. Thank you so much for your service!

So AAA does giveaways thru their emails they constantly send. Well I won $100.00 gift card from them to Napa Auto parts. Well they gave me a gift card that was expired. Been calling and passed around from person to person. Nobody wants to help it's a shame that a company this big gives out gift cards that are expired. It's been over a year now and not 1 phone calls back, nothing.

It took over 3 hours for the tow truck to get to us. Save your money on the AAA membership and just pay for a regular tow truck. You’ll spend a few extra dollars but at least you won’t be stuck in the dark for hours and it’ll save you from the nasty attitudes of their customer service reps.

The office staff extremely professional and helpful.The existing phone set up to reach them by phone sucks.You dial the phone number get the AAA centralized menu system
and never reach the office person you are trying to talk to.

Called for a tow I was stuck in the middle of the road. Waited over 3 hours. Just called a tow place direct they came out immediately and I paid out of pocket. As you can read from the other reviews, AAA just doesn't show up anymore. One driver mentioned they dont pay or something.

I was a member of AAA for 10 years. The automatic renewal occurred earlier than expected and I wasn't able to cover the cost. When I called customer service, the only option I was given was to cancel the membership to get the refund of $99. I'm very disappointed that I wasn't given any other option other than cancellation after 10 years of loyalty.

While I’ve never had a problem with the employees, i went today, Saturday, and you were closed. You have been open on Saturdays but apparently aren’t now and your hours are completely inconvenient for anyone who works 9-5. If you can only staff your location 5 days a week then do it Tuesday through Saturday and close Sunday and Monday. But bring open Monday through Friday 8:45 to 5 means I literally have to take time off work if I need to be there in person - like for passport photos which is what I needed today. I’m quite annoyed that you have not considered your customers needs, who pay for memberships, in closing on Saturdays.

We always had good experiences here, especially with auto insurance back in the day. Our last experience was awful. We scheduled notary service (NOTE SCHEDULED) and while there was no problem whatsoever with the notary, the manager at the time, was incredibly rude. Not sure if he's even still there. We've been AAA customers for decades. We haven't been back since.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a membership and was “covered” for all towing.. what a joke.. they forgot to add if the driver feels like coming.. they left me stranded and did not help me. ?

Great experience with Aaa SJ.From the initial phone call I felt comfortable that AAA would help. Vinnie arrived in 15 minutes and quickly determined a new battery was needed and I was back in business.
