Just bought a new grill at ROCKY'S ACE HARDWARE in Washington, NJ. The experience was first rate all the way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

nice young lady at register.....since this is a franchise you cannot return items bought at other ACE HARDWARE stores....all i wanted was an exchange and new item was a lot more and would've paid the difference (and yes item returning was literally on the shelf)......this ACE is really a JOKER in the deck of Hardware stores

If you want to go to a place where they're typically pleasant enough but literally you have to pay twice as much for anything in the store that you would at a home Depot or Lowe's, then this is the place for you. But do yourself a favor, don't show up 5 minutes before they close and expect to get treated appropriately. They're apparently in shutdown mode, turn the open sign off and give you dirty looks like why the hell are you walking into our "open" store
