My central air system stopped cooling properly in the middle of a heat wave and I was looking for service right away. I called a few HVAC contractors, but Tom was the only one willing to come out the same day to help. He ran a few tests and found that I was low on refrigerant, so he recharged my system and the AC started to work again. Tom suspected a leak, but he made sure to tell me that the fix may not last if the leak was severe. I hoped the recharge would last me through the summer so I could look into replacing my AC unit in the fall, but unfortunately the leak was worse than I thought. A few days later the system was back to blowing warm air, so I reached back out to Tom.
Tom made time on a Sunday afternoon to come back out and replaced the lost refrigerant as well as added a leak sealant to see if that would fix the issue. He made sure to set the proper expectation, since the leak might be too big for a sealant to fix, but the fact that he came back out to make things right is so rare. Tom was by far the most honest and friendly contractor that I have had the pleasure of doing business with since I moved to the area. It is clear that he values his customers and does whatever he can to be helpful and fair.
I can’t recommend Tom and All-Tech more highly and I will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Tom is the best of the best! We have been customers of his for 16 years- and are 100% loyal to him because of his excellent customer service and quality of work. Tom is always responsive to my calls- even on Christmas Eve, the height of summer when our A/C blew up last summer, and this time a late Sunday night. He is trustworthy and gets the job done quickly. Last summer- we were on vacation 12 hours away and it was 100 degrees for 4 or 5 straight days. He went out and bought room air conditions on a Saturday while he was on his way to a graduation party and set them up for us so our 10 year old dog would be comfortable and safe while we were away until he could get a new unit on Monday. After 34+ years it was time to address major systems in our home. After a great experience for a “no heat” call in the dead of winter, it was only natural to give All-Tech, and Tom another call. We started with replacing the old furnace with a new more efficient one and whole house humidifier. Continuing on , over the next 12-18 months, Tom and his team replaced the central A/C along with a new smart thermostat and a new more efficient hot water heater. All along the way Tom listened to our ideas and matched our home with the right equipment. The work was done when promised and on schedule. Small clinch with the smart thermostat was remedied quickly and fully. Not often these days that you get a chance to extol truly GREAT service. Amazing, really! Tom of All-Tech is great. He came to my house, figured out the problem, and had me up and running in no time at all. The best thing was, rather than trying to upsell me, he repaired my AC unit and charged what I know to be a very fair price. Eventually I'll need to replace my 20yo unit and I wouldn't trust it to anyone else. Highly recommended.Service: A/C system repair

Tom is the best! our A/C stopped working and we were away on vacation. It had consistently been in the 90s for at least 5 days. I was worried about our 10 year old dog overheating and us being far away. Tom came on a Saturday afternoon- and said we needed a new unit. He went out and bought 2 window units and installed them for us while we were away so that our dog would be cool. He then came on Monday with a new unit and replaced it for us. Amazing service from a very caring person. We have been a customer for 15 years-- will never change. Thank you again, Tom!

Was having an issue with our furnace. Called in the morning (on the 1st coldest day of 2022). Gentlemen who answered the phone was so nice! I explained my situation, and although he had a full day of work, said he'd swing by when they were done. He called and said he was here. Checked out the furnace, fixed the issue within 15 minutes and told me what we needed to do. Will be scheduling for a cleaning! When it came to payment, he said for what? Said I'll catch ya next time! What? In this day & age - Who does that? This man will have my future business! Can't thank him enough!Service: Heating system repair

Tom installed a new HVAC system; the old system was original to the house and beyond salvation. Tom guided me in the selection, explaining why some of the features I asked about really weren't worth the money I'd be spending, so I appreciated his concern for value. The new system is quiet and provides much more even temperatures throughout the house than the old one did. Very pleased with the work.Services: AC installation
