“Park Hill is hands down the best apartment complex I have lived in so far. My boyfriend and I moved into Park Hill in October 2020 and unfortunately had to move recently due to a job change and we are so sad that we had to leave because Park Hill is truly great! Our apartment was in great condition upon moving and was very affordable. The kitchens are updated and beautiful and the windows are HUGE which allows a lot of natural sunlight to brighten up your apartment. The apartment itself is not the biggest but it’s cozy and was perfect for us and our cat. The grounds are always kept in great condition, parking is never an issue, and all of the neighbors we met were so friendly. Overall a quiet, pleasant place to live. The shining star of Park Hill though is Carolyn, the wonderful property manager/landlady. She truly made our experience living there feel like a real home and has always been welcoming, kind, and a great person to chat with! She always helped us with any concerns or issues we had and works so hard to to make everyone happy at Park Hill. We really felt comfortable and like we were in great hands. If you are in need of a new place to live, do not overlook this gem!!”

“I've been here almost a year and cannot say enough positive things about this complex. Doris and George are THE BEST and go out of their way to make sure I feel safe and at home here. They need a serious pay raise! The grounds are always well taken care of, the sidewalks are cleared quickly when it snows, and maintenance requests are fixed promptly. I would highly recommend living here.”
