Mis-firing laptop that a couple of experts tried to fix but except snatching my money, no avail. Ali provided the diagnosis, explanations and such a reasonable repair cost that was amazing. Fixed were warranted with above and beyond cleansing. I am an IT professional and will not hesitate again to his services for a min.
