If you want to go through the stressful process. Please stop in this store. If you do NOT want to be taken for a ride, then do not. It's as if it's being ran by a bunch of college kids. They act as if they're not at a real job. No explanation of how certain agreements are to be done prior to making a purchase. It is deplorable for this to be considered how a company should be ran. And when you ask to speak to a manager. You get Colin and his management skills are to send you to the location in Sicklerville. Which, they were polite and understood our frustration but could not do anything to help us either. I am extremely disappointed in being a AT&T customer!

This is the worst AT&T store ever. The staff is so rude and disrespectful. I was just in there the other day and they acted like they didn't know me when I was just in there a week before. I was in the middle of talking to the manager on the phone and they took the phone and hung up on him when I was still talking. I will be cancelling everything to do with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Anastasia was amazing. So friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. She really took her time with me. I was never rushed. No high pressure sales. Just real talk. That’s why I bought my new phone yesterday. She deserves to be promoted. Outstanding experience there. I wish the Sicklerville store who I will no longer do business with learns from her.Anastasia actually did what she said she would do. Nothing hidden, no persuasion or tactics

Jocelyn was very personable and helped me a lot. I got the phone because I liked the salesperson. She made it an enjoyable experience. Hope all your associates are as good as her. I did not feel like I was just another sale. I did not feel rushed and she took the time to answer my questions, no matter what I asked.
