“What a great experience despite the stress after a deer accident. Todd showed up in minutes to tow it from the accident scene. It took a few weeks to fix the damage, but Stews was great about dealing with the insurance company and answering any questions we had. (Never had an accident before). My van looked amazing when we got it back. And on top of that, when our blinker went on the driver's side after we had it for barely a week, they came and picked it up from my house, fixed it and brought it back completely free of charge!!!! “I suspected my car might have a blown head gasket. I called J&B in the late afternoon and Brian told me to drop it off the next day and that it would cost up to, but not more than, an hour's labor to diagnose it. He called me the next morning, having already looked at the car, and said it didn't take him long to confirm that the car did indeed have a blown head gasket. With zero pressure, he gave me the various options on the cost to repair the car or replace the engine with a used one, and completely understood when I told him I didn't want to put any more money into an 11 year old car with 260,000 miles on it. He then said that since it didn't take him long to diagnose it, there was no charge and I could come and get the car whenever I wanted. He could easily have told me it took him an hour to do a compression test, etc. etc. and charged me the full hour's labor, but instead he charged me nothing. I will definitely bring him my future car when it needs maintenance or a repair.”
