I know this photo doesn't do the dent justice but this is a 2025 Ram 1500. The parts, dents, dings are all gone, repaired, or replaced. The paint job is perfect. Chefs kiss. I've never had an accident so this whole experience for me had an uncertainty along with an aray of emotions. I was emotionally overly talkative dropping off, I was met with understanding and active listening. I didn't feel dismissed, I wasn't made to feel crazy ranting about an accident. I felt reassured which felt comforting. Putting my trust in Caliber Collision was the very best thing I could have done. They not only handled everything but they communicated clearly every step along the way. Finishing the repair on time, Caliber Collision returned our truck showroom beautiful.
