I go to this specific Pharmacy not because I necessarily want to, but out of convenience because it is right next to my house. This is the second unpleasant encounter I have had with this particular Pharmacist.
For context, I have been on both Vyvanse and Adderall for a couple of years. I unfortunately had to stop taking the Vyvanse due to the shortage and not being able to find it anywhere, so now I am just on Adderall. This particular CVS was affected by the shortage, so like any other person that needs to function, I went to another pharmacy for this prescription for a few months. When this CVS had it in stock, I switched back over. This Pharmacist thought it was okay to confront me and told me “she recognizes there is a shortage, but she will not fill it if I continue to go elsewhere because it raises a read flag.” I beg your pardon? Raised a red flag? If you don’t have it in stock and I need it to function, what else should I do? Her entire demeanor is absolutely miserable and I did not appreciate being confronted as if I’m some low life looking for her next fix. I urge you to get it together and come across as accusatory because the message was very much delivered inappropriately. If I had the choice to completely take my business elsewhere, I would.
Also not enjoying the cute note she left on my prescription threatening to not fill it.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever gone to, they are so dysfunctional. I call ahead and still never ready. Staff is unfriendly and at times rude. Both my daughter and I use maintenance medication, and have for years, its always something that requires a second trip in.

Went here for a drive thru covid test at 4:50PM , got there about 10 minutes early and sat in line behind 4 cars, just to pull up after they all took their tests and got told that i was "late" to my test when I sat in line behind patients for 25 minutes, horrible service.

I was in this past Saturday and I had to leave this review. When I walked into the store, I was greeted with a smile by an amazing young man, Jacob, an associate there. He also asked if he could help me with anything and pointed me towards the photo lab. He came over to check on me while I was working on printing a few photos. He grabbed my prints from the printer, while I was shopping for something else and brought them to the counter for me. He was very courteous and helpful for my whole visit! This young man certainly understands what good customer service is and genuinely cares about his job & his customers! I was just blown away by Jacob! I told the manager what an asset he was to his team & he agreed. I also asked him to give Jacob a raise & I wasn’t joking. I told Jacob to keep up the good work and that he is certainly going places! I wish I could find out in 5 years what he is up to, because I am certain great things are yet to come for him! May God Bless you, Jacob!

The Pharmacist that's there now is Rude, Unprofessional, and has no compassion towards customers. She talks down to you and isn't a friendly person. She always has a attitude and has no people skills. RPH Nana Adwoa E Bekoe needs to be retrained in people skills. She's horrible and I will never go to that pharmacy again. For a person in that profession she sure sucks at talking to people.
