I can't think of a CVS I've had a great experience out but I had another bad experience trying to get medication that is prescribed to me at this location. I was told from another location that my medication would be in stock so this was the second stop trying to get my medication today. When I arrive to pick it up after getting a text message that they were preparing it I was told that it was out of stock and no help or other solution was offered
I had to try to think of ways to advocate for myself and provide what should be customer service to myself. The staff was even tempered and not rude at all but they were also not helpful in any way. CVS is corporate policies or disgusting and clearly they only care about getting money from people and not actually providing them with the service of fulfilling their prescriptions

The staff in that pharmacy are not friendly at all and seem to have NO idea what they are doing. First and last time at that Sewell location. Very disappointing for a pharmacy that is open 24 hours.

Pharmacy staff on 05 15 25 was terrible. Insurance errors, customer service to chatty about personal information. When you are ill you want your meds not conversation.

CVS is listening!! This CVS has been so extremely busy due to other pharmacies closing the wait times were really bad. Today I went in and there was so much more help in the pharmacy, no lines and finally back to be awesome. The pharmacist at consultation didn’t catch her name (blonde hair and glasses) is always so knowledgeable and she always help me figure out applying a coupon to my sons medication. Diane in Pharmacy is beyond fabulous and there is a guy (I will catch his name next time) who is always great. Arlene at the front register is the most kind, great associate I’ve ever met. I was a retail manager for over 30 yrs and by far her customer service is impeccable. Was worried about this pharmacy being overwhelmed the past couple months but finally today I see that things are coming back. Thank you!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Type one diabetic placed an order for insulin after I ran out. And pharmacist who should know better told me it’s going to be a while. The insulin is in the fridge take it out and give it to me. Instead he proceeds to make other others and makes me wait 15+ minutes. So wrong

There are some people who genuinely care about their patients—and then there are some pharmacists who don’t. She’ll laugh and talk behind your back like it’s nothing. But thankfully, there are others who actually care, who go out of their way to make sure you don’t go without your meds

I went in to fill my opioid prescription after just having surgery and also dealing with a bad back (I'm having surgery on that next month) and the pharmacist refused to fill my medication for breakthrough pain (a small 5 day supply) saying that what I had was enough. I mean why go to the doctor's at all if they can just do what they want and not what your doctor sends in. She said "I don't care what your doctor thinks, you don't need anything else" very rude and unprofessional. I actually switched to this location from woodbury because that's where she primarily works. I'm guessing she was just covering a shift. I believe she just has a problem with anyone on pain medicine because I've watched her at the woodbury location so this to other people and myself. I understand there are people out there abusing opioids and there is a big concern for, I am not doing that. I have two major issues going on that's so bad I'm out of work and on disability, one problem I just had the surgery for. I think it's absurd that she is able to go against what your doctor orders for you because she thinks "what I have is enough" she has no idea what is going on with my health other then what meds I'm on. If I could give it negative stars I would. After they fill my last medication that was sent in I will be switching pharmacies. I highly advise not using this location or woodbury.

Watch out when they ring your items !!!.. we never had this experience before .
We spent 30 mints for selecting our stuff worth of $200 and every time they ring total comes out different ….
One time $204 ,
2nd time $214 for sane stuff of $204
3rd time total came $243 !!! for same stuff
And cashier who happened to be manger says she doesn’t know , she can’t do anything about may be earlier she missed or later charging twice for same product …. Hilarious !!!
Waste of time , we left without buying any thing

I went to cvs to get bandaids for my dad and the girl with the short black hair and glasses helped me find what i needed and she was so kind and friendly, i loved her vibe and I felt very helped and guided!

This location pharmacy is the Worst CVS Pharmacy. The drive thru person “Miguel” is rude and obnoxious. He is so slow and yell at everyone. When inquired about your meds he is dismissive to you. I’ve was waiting for my meds for 2 hours and he gave me an attitude picking up my meds. This pharmacy is 0 rating. Shipped this location if possible.

Worst pharmacy service in the area. Slow service and bad attitudes from pharmacy employees. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!
