The staff here are not only condescending but also have zero listening skills. The questions asked were simple and the pharmacy tech just started contradicting themselves. You either know or don’t know. Do not start defining terms after someone just used that term in a complete sentence. Maybe that means they know its definition. When a new question is asked open your ears and answer the new question don’t go backwards. And you can absolutely look at the stock numbers on drugs in your system. They are digital for record keeping per federal law and therefore searchable in the database. You are poorly represented by this tech. Visited 7/21 in the evening for manager reference.
Staff did apologize when we came back the same night for the medication that was delivered. The original response should have been our delivery is late and we are hoping your medication is in it. Not all of the nonsense and disrespect of before.

We were helped by this RUDE Pharmacist her name is Sridevi Panuganti at the Turnersville target/cvs pharmacy. I hope she never ever helps a disabled person. Her bed side manners are absolutely appalling. She was was unprofessional and rude to my client James. She even spoke about my client behind his back calling him rude to another customer. When we asked for clarification in regards to my clients covid shot - she became frustrated and very dismissive. After a covid shot my client was supposed to receive a band aid and she didn't even have the audacity to do that. We left the pharmacy feeling frustrated and uncared for. The lack of empathy and customer service provided by her was unacceptable. I believe that customers and patients must be treated with dignity and respect, and I was disappointed to have received subpar treatment at your pharmacy.I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the level of customer service provided by your employees. Thank you for your time.

Give Dina a raise! She gave me 5 star service, but I gotta give 3 to the establishment. I’m not a regular, but I’ve seen this poor woman working the pharmacy all by herself plenty of times. I can’t imagine the amount of disgruntled, rightfully impatient people she must have to put up with, along with all the work she is left to do on her own. This pharmacy either needs to change their hours of operation so their solo employees have more time to satisfy customers before closing, or be seeking more employees. When my Dr. asked me to confirm my pharmacy, I was thinking of changing the location because I knew they close at 5 and I know they’re slow with lack of employees (my prescription would be sent around 3). However, Dr. reassured that I’d get my prescription by 5 because she uses this CVS. I went around 4 to pick it up as I got a notice from CVS it wouldn’t have been ready till the next morning, which I couldn’t wait for due to travels. Dina, on top of all the stuff she had on her plate, took the 15 minutes out of her time to make sure I got everything I needed, while attending and answering other customers concerns. She’s a rockstar.

Impossible to access the pharmacist. I was put on hold forever by the automated system. 20mins in the morning. Tried again in the evening. 20 minutes later I disconnected and tried third time same evening. Waiting still. I put up refill for Sunday, it's Tuesday and these guys have not responded.

I switched to Target because of location but I am about to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else. The pharmacy staff walk around like zombies, never smile, and act like you are an annoyance to them...in other words, they don't do their job. This isn't a one time, have a bad day thing. This is every time I go in, for any prescription. In addition, I usually have to wait for something to be ordered and regularly have to come back another day for my medications.
