Absolutely useless. I did more of this idiot's job than he did. Do not do business with this guy in any capacity, even if you are on the other side of the transaction - it will cost you, as it did us. Completely and utterly useless. You could not ask for someone worse to represent you or do business with.

This is the WORST agent. DO NOT USE. He does not respond to attempts for contact. He lack of professional prevented the sale of a house. Closure was pushed back 2 times over a month and he still couldn't respond. Absolutely worthless as an agent.
