My experience today with nail tech, Kim and Donna great experience. But the nail tech Carlo Extremely rude, just to Black people. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She talks to people like trash.Her boyfriend/babyfather also rude. They talk about you in their language. I won’t be going back because of her .

I bought an oven from this salon and decided to get a pedicure while I was there. I must say I’m a pretty tough cookie when it comes to to judging because I am in this business as well. Donna did my toes and I must say how impressed I was. She did an amazing job. The color was spot on and she was very maticulas. I actually can’t wait to go back. I will def say this was one of my top 3 pets I’ve ever had

I never try to write bad reviews so if I do it’s bad. She filed so rough she cut my skin not once but twice !!!she didn’t do any cuticle oil after, the pink parts we streaky and have bubbles in them. I felt rushed too. I said multiple times how I feel like there is stuff under my nails I’m the corner and nothing was done I have to go in there and scrap them myself. I’ll happy drive to Jim nails in maple shade any day of the week compaired to this or happy nails in Williamstown

I recommend coming here I absolutely love getting my nails done here! It’s been a while since I’ve been here but they never do me wrong! It didn’t take long and they were very neat and even recommended stuff also made sure it was what I wanted!!! 💕

Tami did my nails, and they are simply beautiful. Costumer service is amazing. The place was busy I didn't feel rushed at all. I will 100% be returning and 10/10 recommendation!

Did my nails Wednesday and it started lifting Friday one nail feel off Saturday. Everyone else got the hot towel pedicure and I had to remind the lady about it. Wasted my money doing my nails here.

I booked an appointment (3) weeks in advance for a PINK/WHITE FRENCH DIP POWDER. While getting my nails done, I noticed the tech (Kim), was proceeding to do pink/white gel? I asked her and her answer was I need to tell her beforehand? Well, if she was informed as to the appointment when they ask, you would know. They are glued to that book to see who’s coming in for what. In the interim she was very unpleasant telling me I didn’t book the appointment right, maybe the person on the other end of the phone should have been more inquisitive?? I was somewhat embarrassed the way Kim talked to me, it was not necessary at all. When I got home and called the manager, she said this is between me and the tech, not her problem??? Really, then you shouldn’t be a manager!
Bottom line is Kim had other appointments and time is $$$ for them, she kept saying next time, no time to do, no time to do. Don’t worry , there’s no next time for me! And to top it off, she changed my toe polish, it was so badly done I had to go elsewhere to have it redone?♀️?♀️?♀️ Didn’t even offer an apology, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE

Awesome. They take walk-ins, I needed a pedicure badly,.they took me right on in, called me over to a chair before I could even finish deciding on what color I wanted, well which shade of blue because I already knew I wanted ?, it was inexpensive, that was about 3 weeks ago and it still looks good. I will be returning next week for an re-do. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Carol for over two years now and she has been nothing but amazing. My nails always come out great and last several weeks without breaking or chipping. Absolutely recommend!!

Carol is the best!
We came to Fancy Nails and Carol after our original person moved, and we didn't like the rest of the staff where we were going.
Let me tell you, it was the best thing we ever did. I never have nails that lift even if I wait the extra week, no chips in my polish, and the entire staff if friendly and welcoming!

I've been going to Carol for over 10 years, she is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! I moved an hour away and still make the trip to see her. The owners and the Technicians are super nice and welcoming. The salon is very clean and relaxing! I highly recommend this Salon!!
