Didn’t want to sell me a tire. Came in at 5pm, they close at 7pm. Just needed 1 tire. They didn’t have to put it on either. I’m a mechanic. 🤷🏽♂️

Woke up to a flat tire, and called fire stone as it was the closer to my house so glad I did immediately they ordered my tire for the next day brought it right in and took care of everything! Thanks Firestone

Excellent communication regarding what is needed and whats not needed. Many places will recommend things that you really dont need, but at this particular firestone they kept it honest. The service was quick and the staff was kind and curious.

Don’t bother trying to schedule an online appointment. I requested one for today, July 9th, and it got rescheduled for December 1st. I’ll have to give a different Firestone a call. I usually like Firestone’s service.

I went to my local Firestone in Turnersville, Monday July 1st. The guy there was belligerent, and seemed upset that I hadn't made an appointment. I told him I was there for an alignment, as I had replaced suspension parts over the weekend, and now the car felt like it was all over the place. He said "it could be something else", but he wouldn't be able to look at the car until after July 4th. I said I would try somewhere closer to my job, he handed me back my paperwork and said "good luck". Must try much harder Turnersville.
At Maple Shade Firestone, they took my phone call quickly, and within minutes, got me an appointment for July 3rd. I dropped the car off, checking in was fast, and they had the car aligned within an hour. My car was left clean, and drives as sure and straight as if it was brand new. Thank you Maple Shade staff!

Firestone seems to always employ very friendly, considerate, professional people regardless of location. Firestone has always been honest and forthcoming with every repair and need I may have. I highly recommend Firestone.

They were very helpful and honest about my vehicle. Not trying to sell me on stuff that was Not needed for my car is very refreshing and gave me great advice about my vehicle and how to save money.
